Duck, Duck, GOOSE!

So the other night I had my sister n' laws kids sleep over while they celebrated her husbands birthday. They were so much fun. Dexton absolutely loves them. We do a lot of baby swap so he gets to play with them a lot, but probably not enough if he could talk :) We decided to go get ice cream at Maceys and then play at the park so I told my friend I would watch her kids while she went grocery shopping. They all came back to my house and played Duck, Duck, Goose. It was Dextons first time playing it and he loved it. It was funny to watch.

Another 4-wheelin Adventure!

We went on another 4-wheelin trip with Dave's sisters and husbands. It was a blast. They both own 4-wheelers, we don't so we only go when our friends can't so we can borrow theirs. Dave wants one so bad.

Before & After!

I am so proud of my hubby Dave! When we moved to AZ we both started to gain weight. We were never home, we both worked at Chilis so we were eating greasy Chilis almost everyday. Then we moved to Florida and it got worse. We were so busy we just ate junk or ate out mostly fast food. I always have worked out, I love it! Dave on the other hand has not. I was getting really nervous that he was going to go out of control and be obese (not that theres anything wrong with that) I just want him to be happy and be healthy. He wasn't happy with his body. He just kept saying when I move back to Utah I'll loose the weight. I'll have motivation, hiking, sports again, etc. I didn't believe him...2 years we have been back and he has lost over 35 lbs!!! Way to go lover!!! At 30 I think he looks the BEST he has ever looked. And Dave has always refused to run with me, now he is going to be running the 1/2 marathon with me in August! Yay Dave! You're probably wondering how he lost all the weight...well this part I get mad at everyday cause it's not FAIR!!!! But he eats like crap still, still drinks soda, but he excersizes almost 5 times a week, burning an average 800calories a day. He runs, walks up hill, and lifts weights. I'm so proud of him!!!

I love my Dave! Anyone that doesn't really know Dave, he's a freaking superstar! He is good at anything he plays! He rocked it at our game!

Christie Moak watched all our games and helped keep score. She was our Biggest Fan besides Erin which I didn't get a picture of :( Thanks you guys for your support!

So our friend Eric Toland loves Pleasant Grove Strawberry Days. He was the one that got us to do the pie contest and he is also the one that got our team together for the Strawberry Days Volleyball Tournament. I wanted to play but didn't really care if I did or didn't. I am so glad I played, it was so much fun. The 1st day we had to play 4 games at that was a killer. The 4th game we were drained and played like crap. Well the next day we had to play for Tournament. It was Double Elimination. Our first game we lost to a team we beat yesterday. Another horrible game. We talked and got our heads out of the gutter and won the next two teams. We played one more team to see who goes into the finals...we lost. Oh well, we did better then we thought we would and it was a blast. I now want to play on my wards volleyball team and can't wait to play next year. I loved it!!! Overall we came in 3rd wahoo! (Out of 5 teams :)

Pie Eating Contest!

This was one of the events for Strawberry Days, Pie eating Contest. When I had entered we all thought it was Strawberry Pie (because of Strawberry Days) and it was a whole pie. Well it was good and bad, the bad no strawberry pie, the good it was only 2 pieces. The chocolate pie was good though. I convinced 2 of my friends to join me looking like idiots eating pie, Tava which is turned around and Christie which is sitting next to me. Oh how I love my friends, joining me in this silly contest when they did not want to. Thanks friends! :)

K, look at the 3 plates Christie still has a pie and a half still (when she only began with a pie and a 1/3 ha! ha!) and the women on the right is begining to eat her 2nd piece. Look at mine...almost gone. Yes I have a big mouth and it was all shoved in there. And look at the women behind us, her face is in shock.

And the Winner is...ME!!! I think I had the whole pie in my mouth in less then 30 seconds! Am I bragging, yes I am. I might as well use my big mouth for something :) But real "eating contest" you are supposed to have everything swallowed and open your mouth when you are done. I just had all that pie shoved in my mouth and won. So I don't know if I would have won it if it had to be gone. But what did I win you ask, oh I won a $100 gift card wouldn't you eat pie for that! Oh wait that's what I was wishing to win, I won a UGLY green t-shirt that says Pie eating winner.

I'm sorry for those who decided to scroll down and look at this Chipmunk, pudding all over the face, crazy asian. It's not my finest but it was fun!

And did I mention this hiddious, ugly picture will be in the Pleasant Grove Paper. My husband is from Pleasant Grove and is going to be so embarrassed. He told me I should have told the news paper guy my name is Angie Wilson.

More Pie Eating Time!

BEN was the winner barely, Will was neck to neck with him through the race! Will actually thought he had won but didn't realize there was a piece of crust that had fallen from his plate onto the table and had to eat that really quick. Congratulations Ben!!! We're not surprised you can eat alot LOL!!!

They guys had to eat 3 pieces of pie. This whole pie eating was Eric's idea, he did not win though but he did have enough pie on his shirt to have pie later though.

Our baby is not a baby anymore. He was cute innocent then and now he is cute fun and into everything. We are so blessed to have Dexton in our lives. He is our angel!!!

Dextons Pool Party!

So for Dextons 2nd Birthday we decided to have a low key birthday party. So we had a pool party with some friends and family at our condos pool. Of course it had to be cold and rainy but the kids didn't even care they loved being in the pool. We made home made chocolate and vanilla ice cream which was delicious and had cupcakes of course :)
