Annual Halloween Party 2009!!!
Halloween Scavenger Hunt!
So last year for the Halloween Party we did a scavenger hunt and everyone loved it so much we decided to make it a tradition. We made a list of 20+ items we needed to find and then drew out 10. Instead of having to get items it was a picture scavenger hunt and you had to do it in an hour. Everything had to be in the picture. Well we sucked and got DEAD last and we didn't even get our last item, a team member hula hooping. We suck! Oh well it was fun!

Looking for the Best Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe!!!
So it's that time...pumpkin everything!!! I had a cupcake order for pumpkin cupcakes and with the leftovers I added chocolate chips and boy were they delicious!!! It was a pumpkin chocolate chip cupcake which made me crave of course pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. I have made them many many times before and have not been happy with the recipe. I tried another new one and again they were ok but not what I was looking for. My absolute favorite pumpkin chocolate chip cookie is from Albertsons. I know weird, Albertsons, but I love them, so if anyone knows of a recipe similir to theirs I would love to try the recipe. I already have 4 recipes that are so called the "best recipe" ever so I am going to try them all out and let people try them and vote which one they like the best. So give me your recipe so I can try it out. What is October without Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!Wednesday, September 30, 2009
Utah Beach!!!
So a while back my work Chilis had a work party here at the man made Utah Beach :) It was freaking awesome for Utah. Though the "ocean" was more like a pond and the "sand" was a mix of sand and gravel Dexton absolutly loved it!!! I wish summer wasn't over yet or we would go again this year. If you ever want to go it's in Ashland Ridge Dr, Herriman

Mariner of the Seas!
So Dave and I just got back from a 7 day cruise to Mexico on the Mariner of the Seas from Royal Caribbean. It was awesome but this was our 2nd time here cruising but last time we went with Princess, we will not be doing this cruise again for a LONG time. You can only see Mexico so many times and 3 times is good for us. If you have never cruised before you have never vacationed like anything else. Here are my top 6 reasons why everyone should cruise...
- CHEAP! Well worth your money! For 7 days it cost us $350 plus $100 for gratuity. (each) That includes your room, your food all day everyday, your entertainment, and all the shows! And we are lucky because we don't pay for airfair!!! But it gets better for us...we have been saving our credit card points so we had $600 for our cruise so our grand total for the both of us was...$400 TOTAL. Wahoo!!!
- The entertainment! From the Broadway shows to the comedians. Well worth it!
- The Relaxation!!! What is a vacation...RELAXATION!!! Just sipping on some Pina Coladas by the pool while baking in the sun and listening to a live Jamaican Band. Aaah...so peaceful.
- The Food. It does depend on the cruise ships you go on but Oh My Gosh the food is so...good!
- There is something for everyone! Whether you just like to relax by the pool, or go on hikes, or love to shop there is something for everyone!
- They cater to your kids!!! For kids that are 3 and potty trained they will take care of them for you so you can go to your nice dinner and show or whatever you want to do. There are so many things for kids to do on the ship! Even though we did not take Dexton. We will though one day. We hope to take our family on the Disney Cruise in the future...far far in the future. I heard that one is pricey!
